Thank you for shopping at SewForFun.com! We want to ensure you have a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Please take a moment to read our Shipping Policy below:

 

 

ROCESSING & SHIPPING

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). Processing time takes 1-3 business days before the order is shipped.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Our team is still working 24/7 and will be happy to provide you with any updates on your order and tracking via our customer service phone line or through our email.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

International: 9-21 Business Days

NOTE: Shipping times typically depend on the customs in each country. Some countries will clear packages faster than others, so please take that into account as well.

Shipping times can also in some cases be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather Conditions
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Seasons)
  • Large and/or Bulky Items
  • Error on the Shipping Providers side
  • COVID-19 Delays

Should any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well-informed to the best of our ability.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, we will send a replacement minus the shipping fee. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SewForFun.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sewforfun.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
